Returns
To return a ShirtSpot product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandize Authroization) number before making a return. If your prodcut is approved for a return, the RMA number will be provided and should be written on a conspicuouse palce on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Products with manufacturer defects can be returned. If a product is found to be defective by ShirtSpot, a new one will be created and shipped. Returns accepted if ShirtSpot has made a mistake after approval from the Customer.
What can not be returned: No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of goods. Items that are not in their orginial packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. No returns due to late order or shipping company delays. No returns because of a typo made in a provided file or approved proof. No returns due to colors not matching what you had in mind; we offer the availability of printed proofs for a nominal fee to help avoid this.
